1) Read about our Who we are, What we do, and Why to Sign-Up on our first page
3) Subscribe to 1, 3, or 5 calls per week on the Schedule Today page (you will receive a welcome e-mail to answer more questions and book on a calendar to start calls for your loved one, the recipient of calls)
4) You may also book the calendar straight from our website to set up the first call (for your loved one)
5) You may change the days and preferred times of calls by e-mailing us or leaving a message at the contact below
6) Make sure to tell us more about your loved one, add any specific questions you’d like to ask them or things to discuss, and add additional members to the care team so we may e-mail them weekly with an update on their status

8) You may cancel at any time – go to Pay Pal to unsubscribe or e-mail / call us and we can end your subscription

Information You Provide to Us
Information Contained in Documents. Any information you provide will be saved in our client file system including any e-mail communication. You may have access to this at any time.
Communications with Us. We may collect personal information from you such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Services, sign up for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us.
Customer Service and Support. If you call or otherwise interact with Phoning Homes’s customer service and support, we may collect the information you provide to our representatives.
Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information which may include personal information.
Sharing Content with Friends or Colleagues. Our Services may offer various tools and functionalities. For example, we may allow you to provide information about your friends through our referral services. You may cancel services with us at any time. Unsubscribe and we will delete any and all communications we have had with you, the Care Team, and / or the client. Contact Us below to delete any and all information.

By using Phoning Homes or providing personal information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Services. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by sending a notice through Phoning Homes or by sending an e-mail to you.

Phoning Homes may contain links to other websites/applications and other websites/applications may reference or link to our Services. These third-party services are not controlled by us.
