Can I message Phoning Homes? Yes you can send a message through the Contact Us page or leave a message at (800) 442-9655 and a Care Caller will call you back within 24-48 hours M-F.
What if I do not have a phone? You do need a phone number, landline, or a computer that receives calls. You may also use a family member or caregiver's phone.
Can I receive phone calls on the weekend? Yes, Phoning Homes can discuss extra calls with you.
Would I be able to face time with my Care Caller? Yes, if you have an Iphone you may discuss face time calling with your Care Caller.
Can I pick what days and times to receive calls? Yes you will specify what days you would like calls and if you prefer morning or afternoon.
What happens if I do not answer? A Phoning Homes Senior Care Caller will contact the primary care team member, indicated upon signing up, via phone and e-mail within minutes of a client not answering.
Can I sign up over the phone? Yes, call (800) 442-9655 and leave a message. A Senior Care Caller will call you back 24-48 hours to set up calls for you or your loved one.
Can I cancel services? Yes, you will be able to cancel at any time and refunded the calls you did not use. You may also change days / times of calls each week.
